Good morning, Netherlands!
The Paard van Marken (English: Horse of Marken) is a lighthouse on the Dutch peninsula Marken, on the IJsselmeer. It was built in 1839 by J. Valk. A primitive lighthouse had been on the location since the early 18th century; the current lighthouse is a Rijksmonument since 1970.
The Iguazu Falls are the largest waterfalls in the world (in flow). Situated on the border between Brazil and Argentina, they are considered one of the 7 wonders of nature. The magnificent spectacle of these 275 individual drops has awed tourists, locals and indigenous inhabitants for centuries.
It is definitely worth a visit and a walk on the walkway along the canyon.
Winter at the High Fens (Germany/Belgium) is a beautiful white experience. Although it wasn't snowing 10 km from the national park, the park was covered with fresh snow. It is the coldest spot in Belgium and a nice place to visit in the winter.
